Complaint against vi service sales man

Very disappointed with vi services the man who was coming to my home for my new SIM card he told me I ll come in half an hour then 10 - 15 min then in 5 min now he was not reciveing my phone call and talking to another call its to much the name of the person is Milind parade he is from vi service very disgusting and disrespectful

Please find below the complete timeline of the confusing responses I have received from your team:

1. Store visit- My sister visited 3 Vi stores in her vicinity in Mumbai, and they all gave her different solutions; one stated that transfer of ownership is possible outside the circle.

My old circle is Maharashtra & Goa, and my family resides in Mumbai now.

2. I initiated a conversation with a customer support agent on WhatsApp (My WhatsApp is still active on +91 9767****15), an agent named Shiva gave me repeated reassurance that if I purchase a new handset since my current one didn't support eSim, I can easily convert my undetectable damaged SIM to eSim. WhatsApp chat attached.

3. I purchased a new phone, and then he mentioned my email is not registered, and I cannot convert to eSIM.

However, he confirmed that I can transfer ownership outside my circle to my blood relative.

Your team has left me confused and stressed because I have limited access and few options to reactivate my SIM. I am outside of India and cannot transfer money to India or access any banking apps.

It looks like your team isn't familiar with the process in these situations.

Since your company provides roaming services, it should also provide proper channels of support for its international customers
